Teena Goble

Teena Goble is an executive leadership coach, and is the Founder & President of Transforming Talks. She has seen first-hand the transformational power that can be created in a conversation - leading to greater effectiveness, higher creativity, and broader global impact.

Teena holds a Certificate from Harvard’s Advanced Negotiation Training. She is DISC and DISC Workplace Certified, and is a mediator in both civil and family matters (10+ years). She was one of the first 250 coaches in the world to be certified in Conversational Intelligence®: How Great Leaders Build Trust for Extraordinary Results (Top 5 Business Trends 2016-2018, and considered the fastest growing coaching methodology, 2016-2018).

Teena has had the amazing privilege of being mentored or coached by the people she admires the most:  Steve Chandler, Judith E. Glaser and Dr. Gary Chapman. Her strong desire is to take the gift they’ve given her, and pass it along to help as many people as possible…to help coaches and executives grow exponentially and reach ever greater successes.

Outside the office, she enjoys long conversations with new and old friends, playing classical piano, Starbuck’s Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino (with extra peppermint!), and long walks with her family.
